On May 9, to help new employees and interns better understand the CSI Group and enhance integration and communication, CSI Group hosted an orientation and exchange session themed “Setting Sail & Embracing the Future”. Over 40 participants attended the event, including new employees and intern representatives from the CSI Power and HR representatives from CSI Group. Mr. Lou Hua, Deputy General Manager of CSI Group and General Manager of CSI Power, and Mr. Jin Guangming, Assistant to the General Manager of CSI Group, were present at the session.
During the meeting, Mr. Lou Hua introduced the CSI’s core operations and future development plans. He also shared the strong sales and production performance achieved this year. He warmly welcomed new employees to the CSI family and expressed gratitude to the interns for their contributions over the past year. Lou Hua emphasised that entering the workforce is like starting with a blank slate and that one’s career blueprint depends on personal effort. He encouraged new employees to stay mission-driven, keep learning, and demonstrate responsibility and initiative in their roles, thereby contributing to the CSI’s steady and sustainable growth. He also advised soon-to-depart interns to make thoughtful career plans, stay confident in the company’s prospects, and take solid steps into their careers.
The session also featured success stories and growth experiences from several outstanding employees and gave new hires and interns the opportunity to share their reflections and suggestions. With the theme of “Setting Sail & Embracing the Future”, this event aimed to provide newcomers with deeper insight into the company and a clearer understanding of their career paths ahead.
Moving forward, the HR department will continue to recruit for key positions through multiple channels based on business needs, optimise performance management systems, and focus on attracting, developing, and retaining innovative and skilled talent, ensuring a strong human resources foundation for the CSI’s high-quality and stable development.
