On the afternoon of the 13th, representatives from both sides held a symposium in CSI Group’s conference room on the theme of “Party-Building Collaboration to Promote Development.” They engaged in in-depth discussions on grassroots Party organization development, Party member education and training, technical talent cultivation, and institution-enterprise cooperation. With this foundation of ideological exchange, a consensus was reached, and a joint Party-building agreement was signed, officially establishing a cooperative relationship for shared learning and development.

On the morning of the 14th, Party members visited the historic anti-Japanese base in Liangnong Town, Yuyao, part of the Eastern Zhejiang (Siming Mountain) Resistance Area. Through an in-depth tour and study of the historical legacy of this revolutionary base, participants strengthened their ideals and convictions, drew inspiration from the revolutionary spirit of their predecessors, and enhanced their sense of patriotism and professional dedication. The on-site teaching session at the red education base also effectively improved political awareness and reinforced the sense of mission among Party members and officials.

Zhejiang Institute of Communications is a higher vocational institution co-established by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and the Department of Transportation, long recognized as the “cradle of transportation talent in Zhejiang.” Over the years, the institute and CSI Group have maintained a stable cooperative relationship through various initiatives such as building dual-teacher training bases, implementing industry mentor systems, opening custom training programs, and organizing exclusive recruitment events.

This event served both as a platform for Party character education and a bridge for business cooperation. Through the Party-building collaboration mechanism, both parties aim to foster joint development in areas such as ideological and organizational construction, base building, talent cultivation, and research innovation. The partnership will further deepen the institution-enterprise talent development model, integrate Party-building with business development, and promote higher-level cooperation in talent development systems and technological advancement.
