To enhance employees’ practical AI application skills and empower the company’s digital transformation and intelligent office operations, on August 26, CSI Group once again invited Liu Yonghong, Chief Instructor of AI Intelligent Office from Chunhua Education Group, to conduct the “AI Efficient Office Practical Skills” training. Over 80 employees from various departments participated in the training.
Focus on Practice: AI Empowering Efficient Office Work
The training focused on the core applications of AI in data analysis, document processing, and automated office tasks. Instructor Liu demonstrated how AI can quickly complete repetitive tasks such as Excel smart chart generation, PPT structured design, and financial data intelligent analysis. The session showed how AI can efficiently handle report compilation, meeting minutes, and contract review. He emphasised the “role-based questioning” technique, which allows AI to provide more precise solutions by clearly defining the context and requirements.
Interactive Practice: From Theory to Implementation
Participants engaged in hands-on exercises to experience AI tools in “cost reduction and efficiency improvement” for data processing. For example, OCR technology was used to automatically extract invoice information and generate reimbursement forms, and natural language instructions allowed AI to quickly summarise key points for PPTs. Liu noted, “The future belongs to those who use AI wisely. Companies need to build knowledge bases, delegate rule-based tasks to AI, and let employees focus on creative decision-making.”
This training is part of the company’s ongoing “Intelligent Office” series, reflecting the development philosophy of using technological innovation to drive efficiency improvement.
